郵包戰(zhàn)爭險

一、責(zé)任范圍

本保險負(fù)責(zé)賠償：

（一）直接由于戰(zhàn)爭、類似戰(zhàn)爭行為和敵對行為、武裝沖突或海盜行為所致的損失。

（二）由于上述第（一）款引起的捕獲、拘留、禁制、扣押所造成的損失。

（三）各種常規(guī)武器，包括水雷、魚雷、炸彈所致的損失。

（四）本條款責(zé)任范圍引起的共同海損的犧牲、分?jǐn)偤途戎�費用。

二、除外責(zé)任

本公司對下列各項，不負(fù)賠償責(zé)任：

（一）由于敵對行為使用原子或熱核制造的武器所致的損失和費用。

（二）根據(jù)執(zhí)政者、當(dāng)權(quán)者或其他武裝集團的扣押、挽留引起的承保航程的喪失和挫折而提出的任何索賠。

三、責(zé)任訖

本保險責(zé)任自被保險郵包經(jīng)郵局收訖后自儲存處所開始運送時生效，直至該項郵包運達本保險單所載目的地郵局送交收件人為止。

注：本條款系郵包保險條款的附加險條款，本條款與郵包保險條款中的任何條文有抵觸時，均以本條款為準(zhǔn)。

PARCEL POST WAR RISKS INSURANCE CLAUSES

I. Scope of Cover

This insurance covers:

1. Loss of or damage to the insured goods caused directly by consequent upon war, warlike operations, hostile acts, armed canflicts or piracy;

2. Loss or damage caused by capture, seizure, arrest, restraint or detainment arising from the events in Section I. 1. above;

3. Loss or damage caused by conventional weapons of war including mines, torpedoes and bombs;

4. Sacrifice in and contribution to General Average and Salvage Charge arising from the risks covered hereunder.

II. Exclusions

This insurance does not cover:

1. Loss, damage or expenses arising from any hostile use of atomic or nuclear weapons of war.

2. Any claim based upon loss of, or frustration of, the insured voyage caused by arrest, restraint or detainment by any executive authorities, authorities in power or any other armed groups.

III. Commencement and Termination

This insurance shall attach from the time the Post Office despatches the insured parcel after receipt thereof from their premises for the commencement of the transit until the insured parcel is delivered to the Addressee by the Post Office at the destination named in the Policy.

Note:

These Clauses are the clauses of an additional insurance to the Parcel Post Insurance Clauses. In cases of conflict between any clauses of these Clauses and the Parcel Post Insurance Clauses, these Clauses shall prevail.
